It's good to be home. I have been thoroughly enjoying my time off back in MN, but still working hard with my trainer at Velocity.
This weekend was a great time as we got to spend a lot of time on the lake, celebrate my dad's bday and father's day, and my boy Jeff came up to visit from Iowa.
Monday was a great day as me, both my bros, Jeff, Sully, Steph and Dieruf all spent the day on the lake. It was fantastic weather and fantastic company. Did some surfing and even...Read more.
